Deconstructed Caramel Apple Cake

Our Deconstructed Caramel Apple Cake was created exclusively for the Rochester Taste of Fall. We brushed spice cake with Calvados, and layered in a delicious apple compote, caramel buttercream, salted caramel, and finished it with chopped peanuts, a popsicle stick, and a marshmallow coating leaf. A taste of fall in every bite.
